7 Pregnant Dinner Recipes
Eating when we’re pregnant is easy, but cooking isn’t so much.
Although in most cases we can eat everything, in general, we take great care of ourselves at this stage. For this reason, at dinner time, it is common for us to run out of arguments to cook. What can I have for dinner today? We present seven practical dinner recipes for ideal pregnant women.
1. Spinach Cream Dinner for Pregnant Women
Ingredients
- 250 ml of liquid cream
- 1 kg of spinach
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
Preparation
First we wash the spinach very well and
we put it to boil for a minute, after that it must be drained and cut.
Meanwhile, we heat a skillet with a little oil. We cut the garlic into thin slices and sautéed along with the sliced spinach.
After sautéing for a few minutes we add the cream, add salt and pepper to taste and stir well.
We serve and decorate with a boiled egg.
2. Pregnant dinner of tuna salad with yogurt sauce
Ingredients
- ½ kg of fresh tuna
- lettuce or spinach
- A cup of natural yogurt
- the juice of half a lemon
- Parsley
- salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Steam the tuna for about ten minutes. Meanwhile, clean the lettuce or spinach and cut rustically.
In a salad bowl, mix the yogurt with the chopped parsley, oil and lemon, in addition to adding salt and pepper.
When the tuna is cooked, we clean the skin and bones and cut into cubes. The above mixture is added to the lettuce and on top we place the tuna.
3. French tortilla with turkey
Ingredients
- cooked and sliced turkey
- 2 eggs
- Extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation
Beat the eggs in a large bowl and then add the turkey,
and we add some salt. In parallel, we heat a frying pan and add oil. When it’s hot enough, add the mixture and let it cook for a few minutes on each side. To accompany it, we suggest a tomato or carrot salad.
4. Baked sea bass with potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 sea bass loins
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Light the oven at 180º and let it heat up. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes and onions into discs.

olive oil on a tray in the oven and on top of it the potato discs and onions.
Put this preparation in the oven for about ten minutes; after this time we add the sea bass and leave for another 20 minutes. To serve, we can add some finely cut parsley.
5. Dinner for pregnant women of broccoli, potatoes and boiled carrots
Ingredients
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 1 small broccoli
- salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Boil the salted water in a saucepan. Meanwhile, clean and cut the broccoli, potatoes and carrots, preferably into cubes.
We put the vegetables in boiling water and let it cook for 30 minutes.
Then we remove the water with the help of a slotted spoon. When serving, use oil or light mayonnaise.
6. Cream lentils
Ingredients
- 400 g of lentils
- 2 liters of water
- 2 turnips
- 1 marrow
- 2 leeks
- 2 spoonfuls of cheese to spread
- 2 carrots
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Put the water to boil with the marrow and a little oil.
When boiling, add the chopped vegetables. Cook for 45 minutes with the pan covered over medium heat. After this period, remove the vegetables and add the lentils to be able to cook until the pan cools. After this, put
the vegetables back, and beat until pureed.
Serve with cheese, oil and salt.
7. Dinner for pregnant women with grilled vegetables
Ingredients
- Zucchini
- Leek
- asparagus
- Carrot
- Tomato
- Onion
- Champignon
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt
Preparation
The first thing to be done is to preheat the grill or plate. From this, start to
wash the vegetables and cut into slices,
minus carrots and leeks that go diagonally. Asparagus is served whole and mushrooms are rolled.
We started roasting each of the vegetables separately, the toughest ones first.
We bake both sides making sure they are cooked.
We serve it with coarse salt.
